What you will find in this guide
Start with the date and number of people
Organising a company dinner is easier when your first message includes the essentials: the day, the time and how many people are coming. You do not need to decide every detail straight away, but an initial idea of the group size and budget helps.
At La Roda, Rambla del Poblenou, 45, we offer menus for groups of 8 to 54 people. Bookings require at least two days’ notice, and availability is confirmed for each date. If you already know when you would like to come, asking early gives you more time to arrange the rest.

Choose a menu with a clear budget
Before comparing dishes, agree how much you want to spend per person. This avoids different expectations and makes it easier for the organiser to suggest a specific option.
Our three group menus cost €29.95, €39.95 and €49.95 per person, including VAT. Each combines dishes to share, a choice of main course and dessert. The drinks included vary by menu, so check the full details before choosing.
A 10% terrace supplement applies to the total, including set menus. Allow for it in your first estimate.
Our group menus page lists the current dishes and conditions. Share the same link with your team so everyone is working with the same information.
Make an initial estimate
A starting point to discuss with your team.
Indicative estimate based on the prices shown. Availability and conditions are confirmed when arranging the booking; drinks and extras outside the menu are not included.

Ask about the group’s dietary needs
A company dinner may bring together people with different tastes and dietary needs. Before settling the menu, gather details of allergies, intolerances and any other dietary requirements we should know about, and discuss them with us.
An option appearing on the menu does not mean it is suitable for everyone. We will check what we can offer before confirming. This is also the time to ask about special requests and make sure the agreed arrangements are clear.
Confirm the booking and its conditions
Once you have a menu preference and an initial number of guests, send your enquiry. Direct group bookings require a €10 deposit per person; TheFork handles a card guarantee for the same amount per person. The process and conditions are agreed before confirmation.
An enquiry does not itself confirm a booking. Wait for our reply about the date, group size, menu and conditions before considering the dinner confirmed.
