Three cuts, three ways to choose
Entraña, or skirt steak, is thin, with a pronounced grain and a robust flavour. Entrecôte comes from the loin and is usually served boneless. Chuletón is a rib steak, usually on the bone. These are general descriptions: the individual piece and its preparation affect the experience.
If you like a more distinctly grained texture, consider entraña. If you prefer a loin cut, compare entrecôte with chuletón and consider the size too. Price alone will not tell you which you will enjoy most.
Check the menu section and serving size
La Roda’s menu separates “Nuestra carne nacional” from “Carne premium nacional”. These three options appear in the first section. The table shows prices from that section; the chuletón price is the total for the dish for two.
The premium section also lists 250 g Aberdeen Angus entraña, a 350 g beef entrecôte and 500 g and 1000 g chuletones. The menu describes that entrecôte and those chuletones as aged for 40 days; this does not apply to every meat dish. Check the description and price of the exact option you order.

Your own steak or beef to share?
If each person prefers a different cut or level of doneness, separate dishes give you more freedom. To share, the 1 kg chuletón is specifically listed for two people. The weight of a bone-in piece is not the same as an equal weight of boneless meat.
Another option is the mixed grill for two, at €49.95, described on the menu as five cuts with salad and chips. Ask which cuts are included that day before choosing: it is different from ordering one chuletón.
Agree on doneness and side dishes
Before ordering, explain how you like your meat and ask the team what doneness they recommend for your chosen piece. If sharing, agree between you. Check which side dishes are included too; do not assume every meat dish has the same accompaniments.
The menu lists mushroom, pepper and Roquefort sauces, marked as containing milk. For allergies or intolerances, read the information and discuss the meat, sauces and sides with the team before ordering.
Plan your visit and your bill
Prices include VAT. A 10% terrace supplement applies to the total bill, including drinks and other dishes. Check the current menu when planning your budget; the prices in this guide are a reference from the date shown.
